Lean Management Summary Meeting

The General Meeting of Anhui Clean Energy was held at 3.30pm on the 14th of December in the conference room with the main participants who are the core team members of Anhui Clean Energy. The main purpose of the meeting was to consolidate the results achieved in lean management, summarise the shortcomings, stimulate the enthusiasm of all staffs and lay the foundation for subsequent management.

The meeting started with a summary of the direction and methods of how the company could achieve sustainable development by Mr. Wang. Followed summarised past achievements and affirmed the efforts and struggles of the staffs over the year by the representative management named Bo Wang. Meanwhile, awards were also presented to outstanding teams and individuals, hoping that the winners would play a leading role as a backbone and inspire all colleagues to learn from them and work with passion.

Finally, Mr. Huang, the General Manager of Anhui Clean Energy, made a concluding speech and put forward his expectations for the continuous improvement of the management in the future.
