The morning meeting was hosted by the company's Administration Department, which summarised and analysed several work-related injuries that had occurred since 2022. Most of the work-related injuries were caused by employees' irregular operations and weak safety awareness, and we hope that all staff would take this as a warning! All shifts should sum up their experience, especially the shifts where work-related accidents occurred. All teams are required to strengthen their safety awareness at the morning team meetings! All employees are required to wear and use labour protection products according to the regulations; they must operate according to the operating procedures in the production process. The Administration Department will strengthen daily supervision and inspection of safety production and penalties will be imposed on non-compliant personnel! In addition, in June, the company will organise a series of work such as production safety training and production safety inspection for all work teams. Since the beginning of the year, the company's business volume has increased and production tasks are heavy; however, "production is busy, but safety is not forgotten" All staff should complete production tasks at the same time, always improve safety awareness, do not be careless!
